At Crackerjack Toys, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
